Emmaus Christian College – Campus Development

Emmaus Christian College’s fly-through animation and CGI renders depict the planned campus development, showcasing various colour and finish options with graphical overlays that highlight current and future views of the school.

The Client

Emmaus Christian College is a respected educational institution offering high-quality Christian education from Early Learning to Year 12. Committed to supporting multi-denominational Christian families, the college is focused on preparing students for the future. The planned campus development aims to enrich the learning environment and facilities, aligning with the college’s vision for progress and enhancement.

The Challenge

Emmaus Christian College sought to effectively communicate their planned campus development to future students, staff, parents, and stakeholders. The primary challenge was to create a visual representation that clearly showcased the enhancements and various design options. This involved developing detailed CGI renders and animations to illustrate the new facilities and improvements, including different colour and finish options. Another challenge was to integrate graphical overlays that would help viewers understand both the current state and the projected future appearance of the campus. Coordinating these visual elements to align with the architectural plans and ensuring they met the client’s expectations required precise execution and close collaboration with the architects.

Our Solution

Emmaus Christian College needed a way to visually communicate their planned campus development to future students, staff, parents, and stakeholders. To address this, we developed a detailed fly-through animation and a suite of CGI renders that depicted the upcoming changes. We worked closely with the college and the assigned architects to translate their development plans into high-quality 3D models. This process involved creating realistic representations of the campus, including various colour and finish options. The CGI renders and animation were designed to showcase both the current state and the anticipated future appearance of the school. Graphical overlays and transitions were integrated to highlight the key changes and enhancements in a clear and engaging manner. The final product allowed viewers to explore the planned development in detail, providing a comprehensive preview of what the campus would look like post-development. By aligning the visualisations with the architectural plans, we effectively communicated the college’s vision for the future. The resulting fly-through animation and CGI renders not only met the client’s objectives but also helped build anticipation and understanding among all stakeholders involved.
