RDX Lumina fosters a sustainable and globally recognized health and knowledge community on the Gold Coast. By facilitating private and public investments, they drive collaboration and innovation, making a transformative impact on lives

The Challenge

To create a sustainable, innovative health and research facility in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct. The project requires integrating unbuilt surrounding areas, ensuring seamless connectivity within the health precinct, and achieving sustainability goals. Additionally, providing 12,000sqm of flexible leasable space and completing the development by early 2025 are key challenges.

Our Solution

Our solution for the RDX Lumina project in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct involves creating a cutting-edge health and research facility. Utilising innovative 3D animations, we showcased the modern architecture and proposed development, highlighting the building’s integration with its surroundings and potential for diverse tenancies.

Our visualisations bring to life the yet-to-be-constructed areas, making it easier for stakeholders to visualise the completed precinct. The project is designed to offer a seamless connection to the Gold Coast Private Hospital via a proposed bridge link, ensuring optimal accessibility. The facility itself is flexible, offering spaces ranging from 100 sqm to 2,000 sqm to cater to various medical and research needs.

Animation renders provide a dynamic and immersive way to visualise spaces, designs, or products in a realistic and engaging manner.

They help convey complex concepts or designs clearly, making it easier to communicate ideas to clients, stakeholders, or team members.

High-quality animations can be used in marketing materials to attract and engage potential customers, showcasing products or projects in an appealing way.

Viewers can explore every angle and detail of a design or space, which can be particularly useful for understanding architectural or interior design projects.

Animated content tends to capture more attention and retain viewers longer compared to static images, leading to better engagement.

Animations can accurately represent how a design will look in different lighting conditions, times of day, or when furnished, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the final outcome.

3D animations can simulate real-world physics, making them ideal for visualising how products or structures might behave under various conditions.

They allow for the creation of visually stunning story-driven presentations that can illustrate not just the design but also the vision and concept behind it.

With a background and passion in photography, videography, and the outdoors, he combines technical skill with a creative mindset to deliver high-quality visual results. Jack is known for his excellent time management, communication, and client relations skills, ensuring each scanning project runs smoothly from start to finish. With a solid understanding of editing software and post-production practices, he approaches his work with both precision and artistry.

He has a demonstrated ability to write clean and efficient code, implement user interfaces, integrate backend services, and optimise performance and functionality. Skilled in utilising programming languages, software development frameworks, and platform-specific APIs to create seamless and user-friendly experiences for web app users.
