The Client

Broceliande is a luxury real estate developer in the Swiss Alps, specialising in high-end ski chalets. They focus on attracting elite clients through stunning visualisations that highlight the beauty and sophistication of their exclusive properties.

The Challenge

Creating the Broceliande project presented several challenges. Our primary objective was to showcase the awe-inspiring beauty of the Swiss Alps while seamlessly blending various visual elements, including Matterport interior scans, Google Earth data, and drone footage. This required an immersive 3D animation that not only highlighted the stunning alpine landscape but also captured the elegance and sophistication of the luxury ski chalets.

Another key challenge was ensuring the transition between the exterior and interior elements was smooth and visually engaging. We needed to craft a cohesive visual experience that would captivate potential clients and boost the brand’s presence on LinkedIn, all while maintaining accuracy and elegance in the representation of these exclusive retreats.

Our Solution

3D Walkabout was commissioned to create an immersive 3D architectural animation for the Broceliande Project, set in the stunning Swiss Alps. The client sought a way to seamlessly blend the breathtaking alpine landscapes with the luxurious interiors of ski chalets to captivate potential clients on LinkedIn. To accomplish this, we employed advanced 3D animation techniques and real-world data integration. Utilising Matterport interior scan data, along with Google Earth and drone footage, we meticulously brought these elements together to form a cohesive visual experience. This process involved crafting fluid transitions between the vast alpine scenery and the detailed, elegant interiors of the chalets, ensuring that the design and atmosphere of the spaces were accurately represented.

After developing the animation, it was integrated into a targeted LinkedIn campaign to maximise its reach and impact, enhancing the visibility of the exclusive retreats and drawing in prospective clients. This approach helped the Broceliande Project increase its brand awareness and engagement online.By aligning our visualisation strategy with the client’s vision, we ensured the timely delivery of a solution that successfully showcased both the natural beauty and luxury appeal of the Swiss Alps and the chalets. The result was a compelling presentation that resonated with the target audience and strengthened the project’s presence in the market.
