The Client

ACS is a Sydney-based company specialising in commercial construction, fit-outs, and building maintenance. They deliver tailored solutions across a range of sectors, including retail, education, healthcare, and government.

The Challenge

ACS required a detailed Matterport tour of their 800 sqm Gallerie space, but the project came with several coordination and information gaps that needed to be addressed early. The team needed clarity on access, site readiness, lighting conditions, PPE requirements, and whether the entire space could be scanned in a single visit.

Additional decisions, such as the need for MatterTags, individual tour links, or exterior coverage—were still being finalised, making scheduling difficult. With ACS expecting a fast turnaround, the challenge was to gather all technical details upfront and plan the scan carefully to ensure smooth delivery without disrupting the client’s workflow.
