The Client

Allcastle Homes is a trusted Australian home builder with over 30 years of experience delivering quality, affordable homes across NSW. They offer a wide range of designs, including single and double-storey homes, duplexes, and granny flats, built to suit growing families and modern lifestyles.

The Challenge

The Altair Single Storey visualisation, the primary challenge was ensuring seamless coordination and clarity around project expectations from the outset. Although the render was completed and delivered efficiently, the process revealed gaps in communication, particularly in aligning final feedback loops and confirming delivery.

The project was one of several concurrent jobs, making it essential to track and manage each one individually. Ensuring the correct files were shared, feedback was acknowledged, and the visuals accurately reflected the client’s brief required extra diligence. These seemingly minor coordination hurdles emphasised the importance of clear and timely communication during fast-paced rendering workflows.
