Summit Homes | Elevation Render for Spearwood Tiny Homes
3D Walkabout created a sales-ready elevation render for Summit Homes’ Spearwood Tiny Homes, showcasing layout, landscaping, and materials in a warm, community-focused scene.
The Client
Summit Homes is a leading Western Australian home builder with over 45 years of experience in residential construction. They offer a wide range of home designs, renovations, and developments, focused on innovation, quality, and local expertise.
The Challenge
Summit Homes needed a hero elevation for their Spearwood Tiny Homes project, one that captured the charm of their Northam render while presenting a fresh, site-specific look. The image had to clearly show multiple dwellings, parking and shared spaces in a single, easy-to-read view.
The brief included detailed design requirements: permeable front trees and fencing, large background trees, cottage-style landscaping, limestone retaining walls, and a strictly defined material palette. Added life elements, people, cars, firepits and soft 10am lighting, also needed to feel natural and cohesive. Bringing all these elements together into a clean, inviting and sales-ready elevation without overwhelming the scene was the central challenge of this project.
Our Solution
We began by accurately modelling the full tiny homes layout, ensuring each dwelling, parking bay and shared space was positioned exactly to plan. From there, we refined the façade materials, colours and landscaping details to match Summit Homes’ specifications, replicating the soft cottage theme and ensuring clear sightlines through trees and fencing. Lighting was set to a crisp 10am sun to give the scene depth without casting heavy shadows.
We added subtle life elements, people, cars, firepits and gentle exterior lighting, to create a warm, community feel without distracting from the homes themselves. With ongoing feedback from Summit Homes, we fine-tuned timber tones, reflections, fencing transparency and other visual details. The final render delivered a clean, welcoming and sales-ready elevation that captured the essence of the Spearwood Tiny Homes development.
