This custom Matterport tour of Amazon State’s four-level Melbourne venue captures Martelle’s Lounge, Remy’s Bar, and more in an interactive, high-quality night shoot walkthrough.

The Client

Amazon State is a multi-level hospitality venue located in Hawthorn, Melbourne, set within a beautifully restored heritage-listed building. Known for its modern Italian dining and refined ambiance, the venue features distinct spaces like the opulent Martelle’s Lounge and the intimate Remy’s Bar. With handcrafted dishes, premium wines, and elegant event spaces, Amazon State delivers a standout experience for both casual diners and special occasions.

 

The Challenge

Amazon State needed a custom 3D virtual tour to promote its four-level hospitality venue in Melbourne. The aim was to create an engaging digital walkthrough to boost online visibility and customer interest.

Filmed during a night shoot, the project had to maintain high visual quality while capturing key spaces like Martelle’s Lounge and Remy’s Bar. Challenges included fixing floor navigation, removing less appealing bar areas, and improving overall clarity based on client feedback. Final touches involved relabelling sections and adjusting the tour’s starting point to create a smoother experience.

Our Solution

3D Walkabout created a custom Matterport virtual tour that captured all four levels of the venue with clear, high-quality visuals. The tour gave users an interactive walkthrough of key spaces, filmed during a night shoot for added atmosphere.

We worked closely with Amazon State to respond to feedback—fixing floor navigation with the selector tool, improving visual quality, and removing less appealing views. Labels were updated, and the starting point was adjusted to improve the flow. The final browser-based tour was delivered with all requested changes, ready to showcase the venue online.
