Central Coast | Office Spaces Renders & Animation in Wyong

We produced a complete suite of interior renders and an office flythrough animation for Central Coast Council, developed from CAD plans and refined through meticulous revisions.

The Client

Central Coast Council is the local government authority for the Central Coast region of New South Wales. The council delivers a wide range of services and infrastructure to support community development, economic growth, and environmental sustainability across the region.

The Challenge

The Central Coast Council project required creating a full suite of high-quality interior renders and a multi-level flythrough animation to showcase their new commercial office spaces in Wyong. The visuals needed to present multiple room configurations, detailed material finishes, and functional layouts for presentations and stakeholder approvals, all built from CAD plans, PDFs, and scattered reference photos since no Revit or FBX model was available.

A key challenge was managing continuous feedback across eight camera angles, layout changes for Training and Lecture setups, brick-colour accuracy, and multiple adjustments to lighting, doors, furniture, and camera cropping. Ensuring consistency across three levels while resolving missing ceiling details and interpreting incomplete drawings required meticulous modelling, frequent revisions, and tight coordination to keep the project on schedule.

Our Solution

To meet the Council’s expectations and deliver polished visuals across all office spaces, our team developed a streamlined workflow that combined detailed modelling, accurate material recreation, and structured revision cycles. We rebuilt key elements from CAD and PDF drawings, matched brick colours using on-site photos, and established consistent lighting and layout setups for both Lecture and Training configurations. Each camera angle was refined through iterative previews, ensuring every correction, doors, blinds, furniture, and camera framing was applied precisely.

Close collaboration between the rendering team, project managers, and the client allowed us to resolve missing model details, clarify design intent, and maintain alignment across all scenes. By tracking adjustments across multiple versions, synchronising updates between artists, and preparing final files for grouped approvals, we delivered a cohesive set of high-quality renders and animation sequences that met the project’s functional, aesthetic, and presentation requirements

Coordinated continuous updates between artists and the project manager to maintain version control and avoid misalignment

Refined all camera angles through multiple preview rounds, fixing cropping, door positions, blinds, and layout details

Prepared final grouped approvals and animation-ready files, ensuring all corrections were applied across three office levels

Reconstructed missing model elements from CAD, DWG, and PDF plans to ensure architectural accuracy

Set up consistent lighting, furniture arrangements, and scene configurations for both Lecture and Training layouts

Matched brick colours and materials using client-supplied site photos and reference images
