The Client

Encore is a leading event production company in the Asia-Pacific region, delivering end-to-end solutions for conferences, exhibitions, and live experiences. They provide everything from creative event design and staging to AV technology and technical production. Encore supports hotels, venues, corporations, and organisations across Australia and APAC.

The Challenge

Encore Event Technologies approached us to develop a high-quality VR experience for the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre venue, with a strict delivery deadline. The project required transforming the venue’s spaces into a polished, immersive virtual experience suitable for presentations and client engagement.

One of the key challenges was gathering all essential project details, plans, finishes, references, and render requirements quickly enough to lock in scope and begin production without delaying the timeline. Coordinating approvals, preparing an accurate quote, and aligning on final deliverables all had to happen within a compressed timeframe to ensure the project.

Our Solution

To meet the tight deadline and deliver a polished VR experience for Sunshine Coast Convention Centre, we implemented a fast-tracked production workflow built around clear communication and early alignment. Our team worked closely with Encore Event Technologies to quickly secure all required project materials, including plans, reference imagery, finishes, and render specifications, allowing us to lock in scope and start production without delay.

Once the brief was confirmed, our artists prepared photorealistic 3D environments tailored for VR presentation, ensuring each space reflected the design intent and visual quality needed for high-impact tenders. We maintained an agile feedback loop, providing previews and updates to keep the client fully informed while ensuring the creative direction remained consistent. By streamlining approvals and efficiently managing the render pipeline, we produced a smooth, immersive VR experience that met both the project requirements.
