Villa Moon is a boutique coastal development that blends contemporary architecture with natural stone and timber finishes. Designed to highlight seamless indoor–outdoor living, the project caters to buyers and investors seeking a refined lifestyle experience. With its focus on quality, detail, and atmosphere, Over the Moon Villas represents modern coastal elegance at its finest.

The Challenge

The task was to create a high-quality 3D animation and renders that authentically represented Over the Moon Villas’ modern coastal design. Every element—stone walls, concrete finishes, timber details, and interior styling, needed to be captured with precision to reflect the project’s character.

The main challenge lay in achieving true material realism and consistency, particularly with stone textures and concrete surfaces, while also incorporating detailed client references for furniture, lighting, and finishes. Multiple review rounds and late design changes added further complexity, requiring careful adjustments to maintain both accuracy and visual appeal.

Our Solution

To overcame the challenges by focusing on precision and consistency. Stone walls were rebuilt with displacement maps to achieve realistic depth, and concrete textures were refined across walls, floors, and ceilings for a uniform natural finish. Careful texture and lighting adjustments ensured consistency between renders and animation.

Client references guided every update, from timber doors and ceiling panels to fabrics, tiles, and signage. Each round of revisions was integrated methodically, keeping the project accurate while meeting evolving design inputs. The final animation combined technical detail with smooth storytelling, delivering a walkthrough that highlighted the villas’ coastal elegance and concluded with a polished brand reveal.
