The Client

Winc is a leading Australian supplier of workplace essentials, providing everything from office supplies and furniture to safety gear and cleaning products. They serve businesses, schools, and government organisations across the country.

The Challenge

The Aged Care Facility project required highly detailed 3D renders and animations to capture both the design accuracy and lived-in feel of the interiors. Every element, from furniture placement to lighting, needed to reflect real-world proportions while meeting client expectations.

The main challenge was managing constant feedback and multiple revisions across different software platforms. Issues like missing assets, z-fighting, and syncing between 3ds Max, Blender, and D5 often disrupted workflow. At the same time, animation sequences demanded careful pacing, with details such as open doors, signage, and accessories integrated seamlessly to maintain consistency and realism throughout.

Our Solution

Our team implemented a streamlined workflow to keep revisions and client updates on track. Camera paths were carefully refined, with animation pacing adjusted to highlight key spaces naturally. Lighting was balanced through Interactive LightMix to ensure realistic day-to-day consistency.

To address technical issues, assets were re-synced between 3ds Max, Blender, and D5, while missing details like janitor carts, signage, and accessories were added to strengthen realism. Version control and efficient render management ensured that even with multiple feedback rounds, the project was delivered polished, accurate, and visually engaging.
