The Client

The Rechabites is a heritage-listed venue in Northbridge, Perth, featuring a restaurant, rooftop bar, and performance spaces. It’s a cultural landmark known for blending historic character with modern food, arts, and entertainment.

The Challenge

The Rechabites project required detailed visualisations of proposed facade updates, including alfresco design concepts. With multiple design iterations needed (D01–D04), the challenge was to deliver accurate, high-quality facade visuals under tight turnaround times so the client could review and refine options quickly.

Coordinating the updates across drawings and video presentations meant balancing design precision with the speed of delivery, ensuring every revision captured the client’s vision while keeping the project on schedule.

Our Solution

The 3D Walkabout team produced a series of detailed facade visualisations and design files, covering multiple iterations (D01–D04). Each version incorporated client feedback, with updates delivered promptly to keep the project moving.

Alongside the drawings, a video presentation was prepared to provide a more dynamic view of the proposed alfresco and facade changes. This combination of static and animated outputs gave the client clear options for review and supported confident decision-making on the design direction.
