The Client

Ray White is one of Australasia’s largest and most established real estate groups, with a strong presence across residential, commercial, and property management services. Known for its extensive network and market expertise, Ray White supports property owners, developers, and buyers with end-to-end real estate solutions, helping showcase and sell properties effectively in a competitive market.

 

The Challenge

The 21 McIntyre St childcare centre required a full 3D virtual tour across a large 1200 sqm internal and 1200 sqm external site; however, access was limited to after-hours only, outside of operating times.

Coordinating the scan within a tight timeframe proved challenging, with availability needing to align between the client, onsite staff, and the scanning team. Dates shifted during planning, and confirmation of site access and contacts needed to be finalised quickly to avoid delays. Working around an active childcare environment also meant ensuring the space was captured efficiently in a single session, without impacting daily operations. 

Our Solution

The team worked closely with the client to lock in a suitable after-hours time slot, ensuring the scan could be completed without disrupting the childcare centre’s daily operations. The team remained flexible with scheduling, quickly adjusting to date changes and confirming availability to keep the project moving within the tight timeframe. Clear coordination with onsite contacts ensured smooth access on the day, allowing the operator to move efficiently through both internal and external areas in a single session.
