Greenspan – 3D Virtual Tour of Adelaide Display Centre
This Matterport 3D tour of Greenspan’s Adelaide centre captures eight display buildings and a 600sqm yard, offering a detailed, professional online walkthrough.
The Client
Greenspan is a leading Australian manufacturer of premium steel-framed buildings, specialising in sheds, warehouses, and custom-designed structures. With display centres across the country, including their newest location in Adelaide, Greenspan showcases innovative, durable solutions tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial needs.
The Challenge
Greenspan needed a detailed Matterport 3D virtual tour for their new Adelaide display centre to match the high presentation standards of their Sydney locations. The tour had to include the interiors of eight display buildings and a large 600sqm yard, all captured clearly and efficiently using professional-grade scanning tools.
To meet branding and accuracy needs, the project involved delivering two layout options and making several edits based on client feedback. These included blurring number plates and faces, correcting text labels, and improving navigation. Ensuring the tour was visually polished and user-friendly, while also handling privacy and technical adjustments, required close collaboration and multiple revisions.
Our Solution
3D Walkabout scanned the full site using the Matterport Pro 3 scanner, capturing detailed visuals of all eight buildings and the outdoor yard. We provided two virtual tour options with a marked-up plan to support clear decision-making.
Working closely with Greenspan, we made all requested changes—blurring sensitive details, correcting labels, and refining the user experience. The final walkthrough was delivered online with the option to transfer hosting to the client’s Matterport account. The result was a clean, high-quality tour that aligned perfectly with Greenspan’s national display standards.
