Helen Kaminski is a globally recognised Australian brand, known for its handcrafted raffia hats, bags, and accessories. Founded in 1983, the brand combines timeless design with sustainable craftsmanship and now extends its premium retail presence into digital experiences.

The Challenge

Helen Kaminski, a globally recognised Australian accessories brand, wanted to explore new ways of showcasing its products online. With flagship stores in premium locations like the QVB, the brand needed a digital solution that could reflect the in-store experience while also driving e-commerce sales.

The main goal was to create an interactive virtual tour that not only captured the look and feel of the physical store but also allowed customers to seamlessly explore products, access additional media such as audio and video, and connect directly to product pages for purchase.

Our Solution

3D Walkabout designed a custom virtual tour of Helen Kaminski’s store that combined high-quality 3D imagery with interactive features. Hotspot pop-ups were integrated throughout the tour, allowing customers to view product details and link directly to purchase pages.

To elevate the brand experience, the tour also supported audio and video elements, ensuring the digital journey reflected the premium look and feel of the in-store environment. Packaged in a brand-specific design, the solution gave Helen Kaminski a seamless way to extend its retail presence into an engaging online experience.
