The Client
The Ridge is a boutique residential developer dedicated to creating elegant, well-crafted homes in serene, landscaped settings. Known for timeless design and premium finishes, The Ridge offers refined living experiences that blend seamlessly with their natural surroundings.
The Challenge
Bringing The Ridge to life through a flyover animation and interior walkthrough required balancing visual impact with architectural accuracy. The project involved modelling multiple residences from complex CAD files and showcasing both the site’s natural charm and the refined interiors of Townhome. Frequent revisions were needed to fine-tune camera angles, textures, and animation pacing. Specific client requests, such as using the Kunstler Script font for the “Coming Soon…” title and slowing down on-screen text, added further detail. Delays in receiving plans for some units and the need to integrate evolving feedback made coordination and flexibility key to delivering a polished and immersive final result.
Our Solution
The team delivered a polished 3D animation combining aerial flyover views with an interior walkthrough of Townhome #2. Accurate models were created from detailed CAD files, capturing both the site layout and refined interiors. Regular feedback rounds helped fine-tune visuals, transitions, and pacing. Client requests—like the Kunstler Script font and adjusted text timing—were incorporated to align with their branding. Despite some file delays, a flexible workflow ensured smooth progress. The final animation effectively showcased The Ridge’s elegance and charm, ready to support sales and marketing efforts.
