Cirlock 3D Product Animation for Technical Visualisation

The Client

Cirlock is an Australian manufacturer specialising in high-quality lockout and safety equipment for industrial and commercial applications. With a focus on workplace safety and compliance, Cirlock provides durable, easy-to-use solutions designed to support safe maintenance practices across a range of industries.

The Challenge

Cirlock needed a series of high-quality product animations to showcase multiple systems, including the UCL range, in a clear and consistent way. The goal was to move away from basic instructional content and create something more polished, improving how the products were understood and presented across marketing and training.

The challenge was that everything had to be built from scratch. Each product needed to be modelled accurately in 3D, with no existing assets to work from. On top of that, the animations needed to stay consistent across the full set while simplifying technical detail into something easy to follow and practical to use long-term.

Our Solution

We developed a clear and repeatable animation approach to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs across the full product range. Each system was modelled accurately in 3D, with clean environments designed to keep the focus on how the product works.

The animations used smooth camera movement and simple overlays to highlight key components and processes. The result was a set of professional, easy-to-understand visuals that Cirlock can use across marketing, training, and day-to-day communication.
