This 3D tour captures JasonL’s 252.7m² Fortitude Valley showroom, offering a seamless way for clients to preview office setups remotely.

The Client

JasonL is an Australian office furniture company that provides smart, stylish, and ready-to-go workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes. With showrooms across the country, including Brisbane, they specialise in fast, flexible fit-outs that blend design, function, and affordability.

 

The Challenge

Developing a virtual tour for JasonL Office Furniture’s Brisbane showroom at 728 Ann Street came with several logistical and operational hurdles. The project required confirming the exact floor area of 252.7 m², which was necessary to scope the work accurately and price it appropriately. Coordinating on-site access with JasonL’s team, especially during a pre-holiday period, added time sensitivity to the task. An initial proposed shoot date had to be rescheduled, requiring flexibility on both sides to find a new suitable time.

Additionally, ensuring smooth communication between multiple contacts—from the marketing team to showroom staff—was critical to prevent delays or misalignment on expectations. The tour needed to be not only visually impressive but also ready for fast deployment across JasonL’s marketing platforms. Maintaining quality, interactivity, and timely delivery, all while managing these variables, formed the core of the project’s challenge.

Our Solution

To support JasonL Office Furniture’s goal of improving customer engagement through digital innovation, 3D Walkabout created an interactive Matterport 3D tour of their Brisbane showroom located at 728 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. Following a detailed planning phase, our team confirmed the floor area and worked with JasonL to secure site access, coordinating closely with internal contacts to minimise disruption. After rescheduling to accommodate availability, the scan was successfully completed. The tour captured the entire 252.7 m² space in high detail, showcasing showroom zones, layout, and product arrangements.

We provided the JasonL team with a hosted public link for easy integration into their website, emails, and marketing campaigns. The final solution enables remote showroom access for customers, designers, and stakeholders, reducing the need for physical visits and streamlining product discovery. By delivering the tour on a tight schedule with clear communication throughout, 3D Walkabout ensured JasonL could enhance their online presence and customer experience with a future-ready digital asset.
